TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Winnpack has a well defined Return and Exchange Policy for its customers. Kindly refer to the Return Policy before placing any orders on the website. We are not perfect but we have ensured that our Return/Exchange Policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

Conditions for Returns or Exchange

Our Return Policy allows for easy returns and exchange for:

Products received in "Damaged" condition due to a manufacturing defect .
Products not as per description/photo on the website.
Products sent incorrectly.

No returns, refunds, cancellation or exchanges will be accepted for the following:

Customized products and bulky items.
Made to order and custom designed products.
Product sold during clearance, festival sale, discount offers and applied coupon.
Matters arising as a result of Disclaimer on the item.
Winnpack shall not be liable for any damage in transit.
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
No cancellation request shall be entertained after 24 hrs of placing the order.
No return request shall be entertained after 48 hrs of delivery of the goods.
Winnpack shall not be liable if it is believed that the goods were mishandled after receipt of goods.

Please ensure eligibility for smooth return of goods.

Procedure for Returns or Exchange

Go to Contact Us in the footer section of the website and log your request.
The return request must be registered within 48 hrs of receipt of the shipment.
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received.
The invoice must be available for the return of goods.
Once approved the goods may be returned by the customer.
On receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check.
If our quality inspection team finds any discrepancy, we will re-ship the product to the customer.

Shipping Charges for Return Orders

All return shipping charges are non refundable and shall be deducted from the refund amount.
We incur a lot of charges to deliver a product to you. Therefore any delivery charges incurred will not be refunded.
We normally provide effortless reverse pickup facility to almost all major cities, but if in case your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup then you will have to self ship the product .
All returning items must be carefully packed to avoid any form of damage

Order Cancellation by Winnpack

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inability to meet timeline for customized orders, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Winnpack and accept Winnpack's decision regarding the cancellation.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Winnpack reserves the right to reject any request for return, cancellation and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
